Evaluation - Phase V


Summary of goals

  • Initial feedback and reaction from the pilot group showed that the training goals were met.
  • Further evaluations of Learning, Behavior and Results will be determined after all staff members have been trained and have access to proper equipment.

Types of Evaluation

  • Level 1: Reaction - the district in-service evaluation form will be used
  • Level 2: Learning - SMART board lessons plans will be submitted to building principal and peer observations
  • Level 3: Behavior - post training skill survey completed by the trainee and peer observations
  • Level 4: Results - observations - the percent of lessons being taught with a SMART board will increase
